Field Trip – Navy Fleet Week, Baltimore – Friday, October 5th

September 27, 2018 / Events

We are pleased to offer our first unit field trip for the 2018 school year.

On Friday, October 5th (2-hour early release for FCPS students) we will take a bus to the Baltimore inner harbor to attend the Navy’s fleet week.  This event brings a variety of active duty ships that we will be able to tour while interacting with sailor’s and marines.

Unfortunately, we received late notice of the ship availability,  and can only take 40 cadets.  The Navy also requires a fast submission of visitor names to confirm our personal tour.  Please complete the attached field trip request form as soon as possible, while noting that we require both parent and teacher signatures.  The first 40 received by Chief Rodrigues (hard copy or by email to [email protected]) will be guaranteed a seat.   We will not have printed copies available, so use your resources and make it happen.

More details are available on the permission form.
